Baccus Global recognizes the importance of protecting your Personal Information and we are committed to collecting and using it in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). We have implemented reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures designed to protect the personal information in our custody or control from unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.

6. How can you access, change, or delete your Personal Information?
If you would like to request to access, update, correct, suppress, restrict, or delete Personal Information previously provided to us, object to the processing of Personal Information, or if you would like to request to receive an electronic copy of your Personal Information for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent this right to data portability is provided to you by applicable law), you can do this by emailing or writing to us as detailed in Section 12, below. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.
In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Information suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may request certain Personal Information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their Personal Information records. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
7. What additional or specific rights do you have regarding your Personal Information as a California resident?
If you are California resident, the CCPA provides you with additional specific rights regarding your Personal Information, including:
The Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

The Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you and for us to direct service providers to do the same, with certain exceptions as set forth in the CCPA. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us via one of the methods listed in Section 12, below. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period free of charge. The request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with your Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you.
Baccus Global does not sell any Personal Information. California residents have the option to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information by businesses. Although Baccus Global does not sell any Personal Information, we have included the option for you to affirmatively opt-out of the sale of your information on our Product Registration page to ensure compliance and allow you to opt out of us ever doing so.
California consumers have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising CCPA rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
8. How long does Baccus Global retain my Personal Information?
We retain Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law.
The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you;

Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or

9. How old do I have to be to utilize the Services?
The Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any Personal Information to us on the Website or otherwise. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 10. Does Baccus Global collect Sensitive information?
We ask that as a general matter you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Services or otherwise to us. In the event you choose to submit such information to us or are requested to do so by us in the course of investigating a complaint or dispute involving the Services, we shall collect and process such information in compliance with applicable law.
11. Will this Privacy Policy change?
We may make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it periodically. We will update the effective date of the Privacy Policy at the time a change is made. Your use of the Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
